Meet DR holly carter

Dr. Holly Carter is the first Executive Director and Dean of Harlaxton College after serving two years as the Principal of Harlaxton College and five years as Director of Harlaxton College Programs and Director of Study Abroad at the University of Evansville. In her role, Dr. Carter uses her 20+ years of experience in international education, overseas study center experience, and academic administration skillset to set the future vision of the college and the manor.
